At Sweetify, your happiness means the world to us! Every dessert we craft is made with love, and we want you to enjoy it just as much as we enjoyed making it. Since our goodies are freshly baked and perishable, here’s how we handle refunds with care and fairness:
Eligibility: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll make it right! Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and share your order details (and photos if possible).
Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized treats and accepted deliveries can’t be refunded—unless there’s a genuine issue. After all, your one-of-a-kind dessert is baked just for you!
Refund Process: Simply reach out via email or phone, and once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Quick and simple, just like grabbing your favorite cookie!
Special Cases: If a delivery can’t be completed due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, redelivery charges may apply—or we’ll happily issue store credit so you can enjoy Sweetify delights another time.
