At Sweetify, we believe your favorite desserts should reach you fresh, fast, and full of happiness! Here’s how we make sure your treats get to you safe and sound:

 

Order Processing: We usually whip up and process your orders within 24 hours (because who wants to wait too long for dessert?).

 

Delivery Areas: Currently, we deliver within select regions (e.g., Mumbai) to ensure your goodies arrive as fresh as possible. For now, we’re keeping it local, but we’re always dreaming bigger! 

 

Shipping Charges: Standard delivery fees apply—but here’s a sweet deal: enjoy free delivery when your order crosses a certain amount. More treats, more joy! 

 

Delivery Timeframes: Once dispatched, your order usually arrives within 2–4 hours. Please note: traffic or weather may occasionally add a little extra time—but your desserts are always worth the wait! 

 

Pickup Option: Can’t wait? Swing by our bakery during business hours and pick up your order. We’d love to see your smile in person! 

 

Failed Deliveries: If delivery isn’t possible due to an incorrect address or unavailability, don’t worry—you can reschedule or opt for a refund/store credit (additional charges may apply).
